A heartwarming video of a senior rescue dog, Amira, being in love with her prosthetic legs has gone viral on social media. In the caption of the post, the dog parent explained the situation, but not before jokingly writing, “Have legs, will travel!!!!” They informed the viewers how their “sweetest most loving” furbaby “crawled around on two legs for over nine years, in Phuket Thailand.” However, according to the owner, “now that she learned to walk on prosthetic legs, at 11 years old, she chooses not to go anywhere until I put them on.”
The Instagram video showed the senior rescue dog lying on a street and not moving an inch without her prosthetic legs. Soon after, when her pet parent brought her pink prosthetic legs and put them on her, there was “no stopping her.” The owner had initially asked Amira to stay put, but the dog did not listen and began walking freely in the street.
