In an Instagram video, the pet’s mom tried copying him when he gestured for her to stop, marking a viral moment and leaving netizens in stitches.

Dog owner Anouk Lodder recently shared her interaction with her pet Rottweiler, Dyce, on Instagram, which quickly went viral. The clip captured her mimicking the dog’s sounds, but it was instantly met with opposition from her furry baby. The canine’s reaction to mom copying him was so adorable and funny that it reached over 1.8 million netizens.
The Instagram video began with Lodder and her dog lounging on the bed. The owner let out loud pants, clearly mimicking Dyce. She also captioned the video, “Try to imitate your dog to see his reaction.” As soon as the Rottweiler realized his mom was copying him, he lifted his paw and placed it on her legs, clearly asking her to stop the imitation.
This interaction was followed by a brief but hilarious silence, quickly broken by the Lodder’s laughter. However, Dyce didn’t find it funny and kept looking at his mom with what seemed to be part disbelief and part disappointment at her actions. To take things up a notch, the owner added captions to what the Rottweiler must be thinking. As the camera zoomed in on the dog’s face, it read, “There’s nothing to laugh about, Linda. Nothing.”
