Blackpink’s Rosé Reveals Why Her Dog Is So ‘Chic’

Blackpink member Rosé recently had the opportunity to give an interview while surrounded by dogs. During the interview, the singer revealed that her own dog is very “chic” and always has an “I’m too cool for you” attitude. Hank is a beautiful mixed breed with brown and white fur, whom Rosé adopted from a shelter in 2020. On his Instagram page, his breed has been specified as a “special breed.”

Blackpink members have recently been working on their solo projects. The latest member to release a solo song is Rosé, who dropped the lead single “APT.” in collaboration with Bruno Mars. The track is the pre-release single for her upcoming album, “Rosie.” To promote the song, the singer sat down with BuzzFeed for its “The Puppy Interview” series.

Blackpink’s Rosé is a huge fan of dogs and was in awe when the tiny canines were first brought into the set. She spent the first few minutes introducing herself to the pups. The singer was overwhelmed by the cuteness. She even had to ask for a moment to gather herself and spend time with the puppies before starting the interview.

Rosé has often shared adorable photos of her dog, Hank, who has an Instagram account of his own. Hence, it was fitting to start The Puppy Interview with a question about her canine companion. The question went, “How’s your dog Hank doing? What are some of his quirks or habits that make you laugh?”

Blackpink’s Rosé stated that her dog is doing quite well and is currently being cared for by her parents. She admitted that it is sad that she can’t spend more time with him because she has been working hard on her solo project.

The singer noted that Hank is a “chic” dog. She revealed that even when she is super “excited,” he keeps his calm. However, that’s exactly what she loves about him. As most canine companions do, Hank tends to get excited when his human comes home. However, it only lasts for a few minutes. Rosé stated that he goes back to being the “chicest dog” with an “I’m too cool for you” attitude soon after.
