Dog and cat gang up against owner to steal bottle caps
An Instagram video showcasing a rescue dog, Cactus, and a British Shorthair cat, Miso, teaming up against their owner and stealing the owner’s bottle caps has gone viral. In the caption of the video, the human parent of the feline and the canine explained the entire situation.
The person wrote, “I kept finding chewed-up water bottle caps in Cactus’s room and was concerned.” The owner continued, “I know they’re a choking hazard. They revealed, “So I’m always careful not to leave them where he can reach them.” The human parent further explained, “I couldn’t figure out how he was getting them—until I finally walked into the room and caught @miso_britishshorty (the cat’s official Instagram account) pushing a cap onto the floor for him!”
The video began with the dog sitting on a bed with a chewed-up bottle cap right in front of him. Meanwhile, the text on the video read, “Finally figured out how my puppy kept getting water bottle caps to chew.” In the clip, the owner could be heard confronting the rescue dog about his bottle cap chewing habit.
After that, the video showed the owner placing a water bottle cap in front of their British Shorthair cat, Miso. As soon as Miso saw the cap, he started to push it down the table. The cat did it so that Cactus sitting on the floor could easily catch it. Then, the dog took the cap to his room to chew on it.
