Woody the Labrador developed a new method to ensure he’s successful in his heist. In a TikTok video that has gone viral, the dog’s owner showed netizens what a “Labrador core” means. The clip captured the pet parent’s day-to-day life with the canine, most of which included trying to retrieve what he had stolen. The owner captioned the video, “This dog will steal anything he can get his paws on.”
The TikTok video began with the Labrador comfortably lounging on the bed. At first glance, it doesn’t look like he’s up to something, but both the owner and netizens remain unaware that he’s carefully planning his heist. Woody first laid his hands on anything white, including socks and napkins, and comfortably placed them in his mouth. Other moments showed him getting away with stealing electronic items. These include a watch and what appeared to be the owner’s mobile phone.
The owner tried retrieving the stolen items but failed most of the time. A few other objects that were part of Woody’s stealing mission were simple household items like a beanie, a pair of scissors, a TV remote, and more.
From the video, it looked like the Labrador had a special affinity for footwear as well, running away with anything from the owner’s flip-flops and sandals. The final clip featured a baby Woody stealing his parent’s boot, proving that this habit is not a newly acquired one.
