In an Instagram video, a Bernese Mountain Dog named Gus makes things difficult for his family. They have a hard time getting the pet inside the house. The clip begins with the canine running around the backyard with all his energy and enthusiasm. The pup seems to be in a playful mood and thus resists going back into the house.

Uncle Ryan is the first family member to attempt to get him back inside the building. The man holds a box of treats and tries to chase the furbaby, but the latter has no intention of slowing down his runathon. Unfortunately, the uncle fails and returns to the pavilion defeated.

The next person is Gus’s “gramps,” who takes out a few treats in his hand to lure the dog inside. He holds the snack and moves towards the pup, who seems to get suspicious. His grandpa then tosses the treat in the dog’s direction, who tries to find it in the grass.

When this trick doesn’t work, the old man attempts to instruct the pet to go inside. However, Gus continues to hop and run around the backyard. The owner mentions via an on-screen text that they are trying to work on the canine’s listening skills, but it seems the methods are not working.

Meanwhile, viewers enjoyed the Bernese Mountain Dog’s video, as they flooded the comments section with laughing emojis. A user wrote, “I love the charged energy ball then the resting tail wags.” Another said, “The puppy wants to play!!” Many pet parents found the clip relatable, and the Instagram Reel has now received over 14K likes.
