On April 7, a user, @freyjaussie, took to Instagram to share a heartwarming Reel of their dog named Freyja. The canine is known for her unusual friendships with animals, especially goats.

In a joint post with @dolphin.quest, the video sees the Australian Shepherd finding a new friend in a dolphin. Freyja and the aquatic mammal are seen sharing an adorable moment in the water that will surely brighten your day.

The clip begins with the pup and the dolphin side by side in the water. The aquatic mammal is seen making some cute sounds as the dog comes closer to her. Freyja tries to sniff the dolphin, who begins moving in the water.

The pup seemingly gets scared and starts running back to her parent. The owner is mesmerized by the interaction between the two and calls Freyja “a good girl” for offering her affections to the aquatic mammal.

She also expresses her feelings in the caption, writing, “It’s never as simple as a little boop. She has to boop, swipe, sniff, and repeat.” The dog mom further added, “Oh and now vocalize! For some reason, the dolphins seem to enjoy this odd thing that Freyja does.”

The owner tries to emphasize that the dolphin was returning the pup’s affections when she came closer to her. Moreover, there are several clips on the profile capturing some unmissable moments between the two.
