Video: Dog Siblings Have Been Snuggling for So Long They’ve Morphed Into Each Other

Forget “couple goals” — Luna and Bowie are redefining sibling goals. These two Wirehaired Dachshund sisters from the Netherlands don’t fight over toys or space. Instead, they’ve turned snuggling into a full-time lifestyle. Their dog mom, Nadia, recently shared a video that captures their adorable bond in all its cozy glory, and it’s so cute she joked they’ve officially “murfed” into one being.

Luna and Bowie share a home — and just about everything else — with Nadia, who runs their Instagram account @lifeoflunabowie. With nearly 50K followers, the pair have become internet darlings thanks to their charm, scruffy faces, and of course, their endless love for each other. But Nadia’s newest video might just top them all.

Posted three days ago, the video shows the inseparable sisters snuggling so closely it’s hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. The onscreen text jokes, “love level: murfed into one,” a cute play on the word “morphed.” The footage features several clips of the two Dachshunds napping in their dog bed, pressed tightly together. In most scenes, Luna is already lying down when Bowie gently climbs in beside her and rests her head on Luna’s. Rather than shifting away, Luna simply stays still, clearly content to have her sister so near.

In the caption, Nadia wrote that her pups have “been snuggling for so long, they’ve murphed into each other,” adding, “My heart can’t handle it.” Judging by the comments, hers wasn’t the only heart melting.

“They truly are the sweetest girls and they love each other so much and it shows!” one fan commented. Another follower shared, “One gives love and the other accepts it. I can’t get my two to get there… they are lovely.” Someone else noted, “Bowie adores Luna almost like her mom or older sister,” capturing what many of us felt watching the clip.
