Bernese Mountain dogs need a little boost to get onto the car seat in funny video

Bernese Mountain Dogs are calm, affectionate, and playful. These lovely dogs usually weigh between 70 and 115 lbs and sometimes need a nudge when getting into a car, as seen in this video. In the clip, a pet parent was seen waiting patiently as the dogs tried to get into the car’s backseat. As the fur baby, Gus, attempted to get into the car, the other dog, Walter, waited patiently, looking cute and lovely.

When the lady in the video saw that Gus wasn’t able to get in, she asked, “You seriously need a boost?” Then, she gave the canine a gentle push to get him to sit safely in the car. Another dog, who was waiting for his turn, also needed a boost to hop into the car. The lady was heard asking, “You need a boost, too?” as she gently pushed Walter into the vehicle. As the pooches made their way into the car’s backseat after a lot of struggle, the lady closed the door. The video’s title read, “My 130 lb dog needs a boost.”

People adored the video and commented on how relatable the dogs’ behavior is. One user wrote, “Haha, so relatable! My boy. Gus, will jump into the back seat of my pickup, but need help getting into my (much lower) car, lol!” Another person commented, “Every single time,” followed by a face with tears of joy emoji. A third comment read, “Omg! My 100lb and 10 yr old berner needs a boost to get into our bed or the car BUT is able to jump/climb the backyard fence to escape!”
