If you’ve ever watched a dog give you the side-eye for no reason at all, you know the feeling of being judged by a furry little dictator. Dyce, a Rottweiler known for his over-the-top annoyance, seems to live in a world full of personal affronts. As such, his owner has made it her mission to capture each of his comedic reactions on video, giving viewers a window into the surprisingly dramatic life of one very particular pup.
Owner shows Rottweiler getting annoyed by random things in funny video
In his latest video, his owner shares a series of moments that left Dyce clearly annoyed, or at least bewildered. The clip begins with a bubble gun. As bubbles floated through the air, Dyce leaped into action, lunging at the toy as if it were some kind of invading threat.
Next, Dyce’s attention turned to a curtain. He approached it cautiously, circling and attempting to navigate around it. The dog’s puzzled expressions gave the impression that he couldn’t quite decide if the fabric was a barrier, a toy, or some strange obstacle in his path. A moving cat toy then provoked an even stronger reaction. Dyce recoiled and flinched as it skittered across the couch, displaying pure frustration mixed with what seemed like mock terror.
Perhaps the funniest moment comes toward the end of the video, when Dyce interacts with his owner’s partner, affectionately referred to as his “spare human.” Dyce gives a long, unimpressed side-eye as the partner attempts to engage with him. His expression is a perfect mix of skepticism and mild annoyance. “It’s hard to be Dyce sometimes,” his owner writes in the caption.
One viewer related to the glance at the “spare human,” writing, “The look at the spare we know it all too well.” Another joked, “He didn’t appreciate your bubble sorcery. It was too confounding.” Some even interpreted Dyce’s behavior differently, like the viewer who said, “Don’t think the curtain annoyed him, he wanted to use it as a blanket.” Many users loved the concept so much that one commented it needs “to be a weekly series.”
