Losing a pet is the hardest thing for every owner. Even this dog mom, Siarra Lynn, experienced agonizing pain after losing two of her pet dogs within a week. However, Lynn adopted a rescue pup, thinking that her German Shepherd, Zulu, would share a close bond with the new pup like his late siblings. As hoped, the fur babies soon became best buddies. The dog mom captured their sweet bond and shared it on Instagram. In no time, the German Shepherd and the new puppy video soon became viral.

Siarra Lynn was heartbroken when she lost her “adult dog,” Jasper James, as well as her “childhood dog” Rocky “exactly one week apart from each other.” She was devastated and unsure how to move on until she adopted a rescue pup, Theo, from “@mothernaturecare.inc.” With the new family member, Lynn was over the moon.
However, she was a tad bit worried if her third pet dog, a German Shepherd, Zulu, would accept the new pup with an open heart. To her surprise, the cannies bonded well. She captured their pup’s beautiful journey in a video and shared it on social media.
The clip, uploaded by @wolfdendiaries, shows Lynn bringing her “new puppy home” hoping that Theo and Zulu “become best friends.” Upon looking at the new family member, the German Shepherd sniffs him to get well acquainted with the new pup. Although a little hesitant at first, Zulu stays near Theo, but does not mingle with him. However, the German Shepherd does not scare the rescue fur baby away when he teases him.
Gradually, the big pooch starts opening up to Theo. A few days later, Zulu starts playing with the new pup and always remains by his side. One can say, “a small & big dog duo” became like shadows. Looking at their incredible bond, even the dog mom felt that it is “Safe to say the feeling is mutual now and I’m constantly puddle of tears.” The German Shepherd and puppy bonding video even made the netizens emotional, with many saying both the fur babies are “cute” and “beautiful.”
